Corridor Mobility Improvement Account (CMIA) Projects

The CSMP requirement is noted in the Baseline Agreements of all projects receiving CMIA funding. CMIA funds have been allocated for the following improvement projects on the US-101 Corridor:

  • The addition of an HOV lane in each direction on six miles of a four-lane section of US-101 between Mussel Shoals in Ventura County and Casitas Pass Road in Santa Barbara County
  • Installation of Intelligent Transportation System infrastructure, bicycle lanes and pedestrian access improvements
